: CHECKLIST
Any construction jobs its a must to have checklist to work towards it . Its a perfect tool to use every day it should never missed. Each staged of construction has its own set of things that will need to be checked daily ,monthly or yearly ~ lets say its a never ending thing. It is a good communication and it help builders or contractors decide which part they need to continuously
In checklist it also help you save a lot of time dealing with the inspector problems?
What was meant to be happen?
Pre- linning inspection....................?????
During inspection a person will walk around looking if the job is done correctly or not ?
(eg)checked all screws are in there right spacing for walls. etc
checked pink batts for walls are not hanging out from walls. etc
checked if sealants is used for window corners. etc and much more things that he will be checking.
if the man gives thumps up about all these thing then the job will be done on time, but if not then it will be a huge problem to solve ,,,,,,,
What did happen ?
inspector find out some walls of the house have no pink batts around it. wrong fixing as well.
the job wasn't done properly it has to redo it again......
Why did it happen ?
as find out a checklist was created or not updated . lack of communication between the co workers no one knows if they doing the right work or not. leaving new worker unsupervised by themselves and the most important thing no follow up with the work they done.
What did we do to fix it or how do we fix it ?
if the co worker follow the checklist it would be the second time to do it again, at as lack of communication that they have to redo it again.......as a saying do it right in the first time not twice it will be a waste of time..... more communication between workers
that picture as show its a house with batts all over the walls and its a right way of installing it.
