Wrong practice around sites can lead to health and safety issue.
What did happen??????
One of the team member cutting wood for the house without using proper materials for it. No ear muffs use which it should be use at all time when using power tools (eg) skill saw, loud nail guns etc. eye protection not in use if not this might make you blind purpose of it is to protect your eyes from loosing edges while cutting.No hard cap use this may help you prevent from falling objects around sites
Why did happen?????
Lack room of communication between to workers and the main contractors. no team work involved in it.It also happen when the contractor on site.
Communication was the key to correctly health and safety. main contractor should work together and solving problems if one person did not know how to solve. The reason it happened is because contractors doesn't have enuf tools for all the contractors to use?
What did we do to fix it?????
Make sure that the contractors have enuf tools for all the co workers to use on site,.Health and Safety sign on site to ensure everyone understand about it.
More communication between the co workers and the main contractors.Do not leave workers unsupervised will working.Rules are meant to be broken but not all times....
